The uncertainty of 2020 left many of us feeling scared and alone, myself included. Battling with post-grad depression during the pandemic only deepened my search for purpose in life. Though I always loved art, I struggled to find a way to channel my creativity in a meaningful way.
When I landed a job that allowed me to use my creative skills, I thought I finally found my path. But as time went on, I realized that staying in a place that didn’t align with my personal values was not something I could continue to justify.
Family has always been a cornerstone of my life, so when I found myself at another crossroads, I turned to them for guidance. I realized that I was searching for a medium that could translate my appreciation for art, my background in fashion design, and my growing faith. I wanted to create something that would clothe individuals in art that transcends time and trends.
To my surprise, the idea of tattooing emerged, and what started as a simple idea has now blossomed into a tattoo business!
